OUR BOOKING PROCESS

To ensure the best care for your pet and a smooth experience for everyone involved, we follow a clear and thoughtful booking process.

1. PROVIDE BASIC INFORMATION

Get in touch via WhatsApp, Instagram, or email and let us know:

• The service you're looking for
• Type and number of pets
• Service dates and number of visits per day
• Location
• Special care requirements (if any)

2. RECEIVE A QUOTATION & CONFIRM AVAILABILITY

We will provide a quotation based on the information provided and confirm whether we are available for your requested dates.

3. ARRANGE A MEET-AND-GREET

We will arrange a home visit to meet you and your pet, discuss their daily routine, understand their individual needs, and learn how they communicate and interact within their home environment.

We will also review feeding procedures, the location of supplies, emergency contacts, and key handover arrangements.

• A HK$100 meet-and-greet fee is payable in advance.
• For bookings exceeding HK$1,500, this fee will be credited towards the total service cost.

4. FULL PAYMENT
